BRUSSELS - The European Parliament under an overwhelming majority backed a disbursement of a 1.8 billion euro loan to help Ukraine out of economic recession.
The loan issue faced support of MEPs at their plenary sitting in Brussels on March 25.
Now its turn of the Council of the European Union to back these loan plans.
