At least 13 civilians were killed and 20 people injured after a bus stop in central Donetsk was shelled on Jan. 22. The attack came as fighting between Ukrainian troops and Russian-backed separatists intensified despite renewed diplomatic efforts to defuse the 10-month conflict.
