Finland's President Sauli Niinisto thinks that Russia should face consequences for violating international agreements.

Speaking at the Munich Security Conference last Feb. 7 he said that he knows how things should not be in order for the West to have a good policy with Russia. Russia should not allowed to flout international agreements without facing any consequences, but nor should it be fully isolated either, the Finnish president said.
