Five Ukrainian troops killed, 26 wounded in eastern Ukraine in past 24 hours

Five Ukrainian troops were killed and 26 were wounded in the fighting in Donbas in the past 24 hours, deputy head of the National Security and Defense Council information and analytical center, Volodymyr Poliovy said.

The United Nation estimates that the total death toll since the beginning of Ukraine’s war against Russian-backed militants in the east of Ukraine last April has exceeded 5,300 people.
