France 24: Ukraine rebels shell Debaltseve rail hub despite cease-fire (VIDEO)

Pro-Russian separatists continued to shell Ukrainian government positions around the eastern town of Debaltseve on Feb. 15 despite a cease-fire agreement that came into effect over the weekend.
