Basel - German Foreign Minister Frank Walter-Steinmeier has said he blames Russia for instability in the east of Ukraine and urged the country to fulfill a Minsk protocol.

Russia is one of those who playing destabilizing role in the east of Ukraine, he said at a briefing before a plenary session of the 21st sitting of the OSCE Foreign Ministerial Council.

He also said that “Russia violated international law” when annexed Crimea.

Besides, Berlin supports Minsk process meant for resolving the situation in Ukraine and calls to fulfill all conditions of the agreement.
