Moscow - German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier will visit Moscow next week to discuss next steps towards settling the Ukrainian crisis, Kommersant wrote on Nov. 12.

“Mr. Steinmeier intends to visit Moscow on Nov. 18 for negotiations with his Russian colleague Sergei Lavrov,” the newspaper said.

It added that the German Foreign Ministry had confirmed the pending visit.

Before arriving in Moscow, the German foreign minister may visit Kyiv, Kommersant said.

In both capital cities Steinmeier will discuss Ukrainian peace process measures, the newspaper said.
