Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has called on the OSCE to send observers to the scene of explosions at a school stadium in Donetsk, in which two teenagers were killed.

“At a meeting with OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier and Chief of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Ertugrul Apakan terrible news came from Donetsk. All are shocked at an inhuman attack on the school. I called on the OSCE to immediately send observers to the scene of the crime. The investigation must be conducted without delay, and those responsible must be punished,” he wrote on his page on Twitter on Nov. 5.

As reported, two teenagers were killed and four more were injured after several shells hit a school stadium in Donetsk on Nov. 5.
