Ukrainian Representative to the Trilateral Contact Group promoting the peace process in Donbas, Ukraine's second president Leonid Kuchma, has come to Minsk, Belarus, to participate in the negotiations on the resolution of the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
“Leonid Kuchma has landed in Minsk,” Kuchma’s press secretary Darya Olifer told Interfax on Sep. 8.
Negotiations on the settlement in eastern Ukraine began in Minsk on Tuesday with a meeting of working group coordinators.
