The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the list of populated areas on the Ukrainian territory which is currently not controlled by the central authorities.
According to governmental decree No. 1085-r dated Nov. 7, the list includes the city of Donetsk, the towns of Horlivka, Yenakiyeve, Makiyivka, Khartsyzk, Luhansk, Alchevsk, Anthratsyt, Krasny Luch, Rovenky, Sverdlovsk, Stakhanov, Pervomaisk.
