Kyiv will not declare another unilateral ceasefire in the east, Ukrainian Presidential Administration deputy head Valeriy Chaly stated.
“I dare say the unilateral ceasefire proved to be inefficient. Only a bilateral ceasefire can be on the table now,” Chaly said in a program aired by the television channel ICTV on Monday evening, July 7.
