Moscow - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier discussed relevant issues on the international agenda, attaching special significance to the situation in Ukraine and around it in a telephone conversation initiated by Germany, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Dec. 12.
