The Military Prosecution Service is holding 364 criminal inquiries into violations committed by servicemen in the anti-terrorist operation zone in Donbas, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Vitaliy Yarema said.
“The Military Prosecution Service is probing 364 crimes committed by servicemen in the ATO zone and 62 of them have been referred to a court. Servicemen have been arrested in nine criminal inquiries,” he said in an interview with Ukrainska Pravda.
Yarema mentioned negligent use of firearms causing death, desertion, assaults and extortion amongst the violations committed.
