Moscow - It is still possible to return to the Geneva format of talks aimed at securing a solution to the Ukrainian crisis, but Kyiv should first start abiding by all previous agreements, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin told reporters on Nov. 7.

“We have never said that it is impossible to return to the Geneva format,” he said.

However, Kyiv has failed to implement previous agreements, including those reached in Geneva in April, he said.

“The Ukrainian authorities should establish dialogue with representatives of the southeast. But where is this dialogue? Where is a new draft constitution? The international community does not know what this document is about,” Karasin said.
