On June 2, 500 shells were fired in Donetsk. On June 5, another 100 were reported. But by Jun 6, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, which monitors violations of the latest ceasefire agreement in the region, was having difficulty assessing the security situation: the drone with a sophisticated Canadian camera they operate was unable to fly because its signal was obstructed by military-grade jammers.
