But by Jun 6, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, which monitors violations of the latest ceasefire agreement in the region, was having difficulty assessing the security situation: the drone with a sophisticated Canadian camera they operate was unable to fly because its signal was obstructed by military-grade jammers.
