NATO and the OSCE have evidence of the continued flow of military equipment into Donbas, Radio Liberty reported on Tuesday quoting Supreme Allied Commander for Europe Philip Breedlove.
Breedlove said forces “capable of being nuclear” have been deployed
in Crimea but there was so far no indication nuclear weapons have been
brought to the peninsula, Radio Liberty said.
In addition, western media reported that Breedlove said that some
eight Russian military battalions were still staying on the border with
Ukraine.
