The ceasefire in eastern Ukraine continues, no Ukrainian military personnel have been killed or wounded in the past 24 hours, Andriy Lysenko, an official with the Ukrainian presidential administration, said.

“The ceasefire in eastern Ukraine continues. One armed provocation was registered yesterday. It occurred near the village of Hranitne on the Mariupol track, where the enemy opened fire using a grenade launcher,” Lysenko told a briefing in Kyiv on Monday.

“No Ukrainian troops were killed or wounded in action in the past 24 hours,” Lysenko said.

He confirmed that the fulfillment of the next stage of the Minsk agreements, withdrawal of weapons smaller than 100mm in caliber, begins in the Luhansk Oblast on Oct. 5. The weapons will be withdrawn “to a distance of at least 15km from the dividing line. The Ukrainian side has already provided the lists of weapons and military equipment to representatives of the OSCE mission,” Lysenko said, adding that the withdrawal of such weapons will begin in the Donetsk Oblast in 15 days.
