The government of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic is opening an office in Russia.

“The government of the Donetsk People’s Republic is opening an
official representation of the Donetsk People’s Republic in Russia,
which is beginning its work in Moscow,” Oleksandr Borodai, prime
minister of the Donetsk People’s Republic, told Interfax.

The office is headed by Andriy Rodkin, an adviser to the prime
minister of the Donetsk People’s Republic and the head of the state
reserve committee of the government of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

Borodai said the office of the Donetsk People’s Republic is the only
body on the territory of Russia that is authorized to make statements on
behalf of the Donetsk People’s Republic and coordinate activities in
the sphere of politics, information policy, humanitarian activities, and
other issues relating to the republic’s life on the territory of Russia.
