BRUSSELS - Members of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) in Ukraine have recorded the movement of a convoy of unmarked military vehicles on an eastern outskirt of Donetsk, the OSCE said in a press release on Nov. 11.
“At 07.45 a.m., on Nov. 11, three kilometers east of Donetsk city centre, the SMM observed a convoy of 43 unmarked green military trucks, with tarpaulin covers, moving in the direction of the city centre,” it said.
Five of these trucks were each towing 120-mm howitzers and five others were each towing partly-covered multi-launch rocket systems (MLRS), it said.
