Monitors of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe have observed three columns of military hardware on the territory of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine, Alexander Hug, told reporters on Nov. 14.
Over the past few days, OSCE monitors have observed three columns of unmarked military hardware and have been unable to identify them, Hug said.
