You're reading: OSCE observers spot two convoys of trucks in Donetsk People’s Republic

East of Donetsk city, in the territory controlled by the so-called "Donetsk People's Republic," the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine has observed two convoys of 17 trucks each, according to a report for Nov. 9, which was posted on the OSCE website on Monday, Nov. 10.

“They included artillery and multiple-launch rocket systems. The convoys were moving west,” reads the report.

In addition, observers noted that one of the convoys was towing five Grad multiple-launch rocket systems and another about twelve 122-millimeter howitzers.

There were no marks on the trucks and persons accompanying the convoys, reads the report.
