Russia's latest moves are aimed to further escalate situation in eastern Ukraine, the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine said.
“The delivery of the so-called humanitarian convoy, the declaration of the intent to recognize the pseudo-elections, the intensification of the movement of military equipment, weapons and servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces in the past few days – all this is in blatant violation of both the Minsk agreements and the international law and is the overt interference into the internal affairs of Ukraine,” the spokesman for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Yevhen Perebyinis, said.
By its aggressive actions Moscow has already placed itself outside the civilized world.
“We demand that the Russian Federation should stop to cynically destroy Minsk agreement. We expect the international community to pressure the Kremlin, whose actions are a serious challenge to the security and stability in Europe and the world,” the Foreign Ministry’s spokesman said.
