Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that he has signed a decree that declares Jan.15 as a day of mourning for the victims of Jan. 13 terrorist attack on a bus near Volnovakha, which caused numerous fatalities.

 “I took a decision to declare Jan. 15 as a day of mourning for the people who were killed by terrorists, including those 12 civilians killed near Volnovakha checkpoint,” he said, after a meeting with the heads of regional state administrations in Kyiv on Jan. 14.
