Tbilisi - During talks with Petro Poroshenko on Feb. 22, Georgian President Giorgy Margvelashvili invited his Ukrainian counterpart to pay a visit to Tbilisi.

“Of course, I invited the Ukrainian president with the reservation that he will visit Georgia when the situation in Ukraine allows him to do so, when more peace sets in Ukraine,” Margvelashvili told Georgian reporters in Kyiv.

Margvelashvili took part in a march of dignity in Kyiv on Feb. 22.

The Georgian president’s press service said on Monday that Poroshenko and Margvelashvili met on Feb. 22 to discuss bilateral cooperation.
