Poroshenko: Japan will give Ukraine $1.5 bln loan guarantees for country’s financial stability

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko thanked the Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe for the provision of loan guarantees in the amount of $1.5 billion.

“I am grateful to Japan for the provision of loan guarantees of 1.5 billion U.S. dollars, which will allow us to ensure financial stability in Ukraine,” said Poroshenko after talks with the Japanese prime minister on June 6.
