“A demand for a full ceasefire on all sides was made at 12 a.m. on Feb. 15. However, later there was a massive attack on the Debaltseve track. Sixty-six Ukrainian troops were killed and over 300 were wounded,” Poroshenko said at a press conference he gave jointly with Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Lofven in Kyiv.
Poroshenko reiterated that, despite these events, Ukraine continues fulfilling its obligations as per the Minsk agreements.
