Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that Ukraine and the OSCE are the only ones who adhere to the Minsk agreements.

“Unfortunately, other parties to the Minsk agreements, except for Ukraine and the OSCE, do not fulfil their obligations,” he said, opening a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council in Kyiv on Nov. 4.

Poroshenko said that he was talking about the observance of ceasefire, the release of hostages and the creation of a buffer zone and other agreements reached in Minsk.
