The Ukrainian army is capable of responding if the events in eastern Ukraine begin developing against the peace plan, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said.
“If the events begin developing against the peace plan, the Ukrainian army is ready and capable of responding today,” Poroshenko said while meeting with the heads of the defense and security structures in Kyiv on Nov. 14.
