You're reading: Putin: Minsk agreements not fully observed by both parties

Milan -- Russian President Vladimir Putin regrets that not all agreements reached in Minsk on settling the crisis in Ukraine are being observed by both conflicting parties.

“These agreements are unfortunately not being observed by either party: neither the representatives of the militia nor Ukrainian representatives are so far fully observing these agreements,” Putin said at a press conference in Milan on Friday.

“I presume that all parties will try to make sure that these agreements are fulfilled,” he said.
