Reuters: NATO, Ukraine condemn Russian military build-up in Crimea

Foreign ministers from the 28 NATO countries and Ukraine condemned on Dec. 2 a Russian military build-up in Crimea and what they called Russia's "deliberate destabilisation" of eastern Ukraine.
