Reuters: Russia wants charter reform, east Ukraine to stay with Kyiv

Moscow wants a solution to the crisis in Ukraine envisaging a constitutional reform and the Russian-speaking eastern regions staying with Kyiv, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told Interfax news agency in an interview published on Dec. 15.
