A convoy of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry has left Luhansk for the Rostov region, the ministry's spokesperson said on Dec. 12.

“More than 80 vehicles, which delivered over 800 tonnes of aid, have been
unloaded and left empty for the Rostov region,” the source said.

Earlier the ministry sent another convoy to the Rostov region, which has
delivered aid to Donetsk.
