Moscow -- Moscow considers Brussels' statements to the effect that it cannot recognize upcoming elections in the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics (DPR and LPR) illogical, as these elections are in fact consistent with the essence of the Minsk agreements on the de-escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, says Russian Permanent Representative in the European Union Vladimir Chizhov.
