More than 20 people have died in renewed fighting in Ukraine, as fears grow that pro-Russian rebels are preparing for another push into the east of the country. In the worst day of fighting since a ceasefire was agreed four months ago, senior separatist commander Eduard Basurin said 14 rebels and five civilians had been killed.
