At least 11 people have been killed in an attack on a commuter bus in eastern Ukraine, including six women and a teenage girl. The country's President Petro Poroshenko has condemned the deadly strike, which he blamed on pro-Russian rebels of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic.
