Tony Abbott has been put on a "no buy" list of Western leaders who won't be allowed to purchase cut price vodka or cigarettes ... should they ever decide to visit Russia's far east. Russian leaders have obviously decided to hit the West where they imagine it hurts, in retaliation for increased sanctions in the wake of the crisis in Ukraine.
