The EU does not recognise and continues to condemn Russia's illegal annexation of Crimea, High Representative Federica Mogherini said on March 16 on the first anniversary of the illegal and illegitimate "referendum" that started the process.The EU remains firmly committed to Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, she added.
