Some Hr 198.719 million in the 2014 national-budget subventions, initially meant to be paid to families with children, poor families and the disabled in Luhansk region, will be re-distributed among five other regions of the country, according Cabinet order No. 1162-r dated Nov. 26, 2014.
In particular, Hr 66.65 million have been diverted to Kyiv region, Hr 53.11 million to Rivne, Hr 39.49 million to Zakarpattia, Hr 22.19 million to Dnipropetrovsk and Hr 17.27 million to Cherkasy region.
