The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported that on Oct. 28 morning they completed the withdrawal of artillery systems in the area of Artemivsk as provided in the Minsk agreement.
“Ukraine has completed the withdrawal of artillery systems in the sector ‘C’ in Artemivsk area as scheduled for today. The withdrawal took place from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.,” a spokesman for the General Staff Vladyslav Selezniov told Interfax-Ukraine.
