Ukrainian reporters will visit the zone of anti-terrorist operation in eastern regions accompanied by the military, the anti-terrorist operation press center reported.
These measures are promoted by security concerns, the press center said on Facebook.
It later said that the new rule was a temporary. “No one is banning reporter presence in the anti-terrorist operation zone. Their future work will be planned with due account taken of the editorial assignments and the situation,” the press center said.
“This temporary measure will help coordinate the work with media people, ensuring their clearance through checkpoints without ‘traditional’ delays. We hope for understanding and civilized cooperation,” the press center said.
