NEW YORK, United Nations - The United Nations has called on the Ukrainian and Russian authorities to take steps to de-escalate the situation in Donbas, Deputy Spokesman for UN Secretary General Farhan Haq said.
The UN once again calls on the authorities of Ukraine and Russia to de-escalate the situation and to resolve any conflicts through dialogue, he said at a press conference on Nov. 11.
