The National Unity Dialogue Roundtable Conference held on Wednesday in Ukraine concluded with endorsement of the Geneva Accord. The United States, European Union, Russia and Ukraine reached an agreement in Geneva on April 17, known as the Geneva Accord, on actions to be taken to ease tension and crisis in Ukraine. The agreement stated that parties would refrain from violence, intimidation or provocative actions and that all illegal armed groups would be disarmed.
