Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has once again stressed the necessity of holding the negotiations on the settlement of the situation in eastern Ukraine in a Geneva format.
“As for the negotiations, I once again stress that there’s no prospect in sitting down to negotiate with them [the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics]. One of the most efficient and real formats is the Geneva format which foresees the participation of the U.S., the EU, Ukraine and our northern neighbor,” he said when opening a government meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 5.
