BRUSSELS, May 27 (Reuters) - Belgian police seized 400 kg of cocaine in sports bags from a ship arriving from Peru at the port of Antwerp after a harbour security guard chased off four men behaving in a suspicious way.

The seizure with a street value estimated at 97.5 million euros ($119.7 million) took place on the night of May 19 to 20, but was only announced by the federal police on Thursday.

A port worker spotted the four, three of them wearing balaclavas, loitering around 13 sports bags, which had been unloaded from a container ship carrying spices from Peru and left on four trolleys, the federal police said in a statement.

The four men are still at large.
Antwerp is located near to the Netherlands, one of the primary entry points for cocaine into Europe.
