PRAGUE, July 7 (Reuters) - Czech President Vaclav Klaus will appoint a new centre-right government headed by Prime Minister Petr Necas on July 13, he said on his website on Wednesday.

Necas’s Civic Democrats and two other parties — the conservative TOP09 and centrist Public Affairs — plan to rein in a swollen budget deficit and make wide-scale changes to the pension and health care sectors after winning a surprising majority in a May election.
