Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said he had discussed the possibility of resuming dialogue in the Normandy format after the prevention of acts of sabotage in Crimea with his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
“We have evaluated perspectives and possibilities of the resumption of dialogue in the Normandy format which, as you know, could not help being influenced by the recent attack of Ukrainian saboteurs in Crimea in which Russian servicemen died,” Lavrov told a press conference in Yekaterinburg.
