U.S. President Barack Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin had an "eventful" discussion on Turkey, Syria and Ukraine during a meeting on Nov. 30 on the sidelines of the U.N. Climate Summit in Paris, according to statements from the Kremlin and the White House.
