The American actor Steven Seagal took a break from spending time with the Chechen dictator Ramzan Kadyrov to visit the Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko, who's served as president of the ex-Soviet republic for the past 22 years. Honored guest that he was, Seagal received a whole array of gifts from the Belarusian head of state, including a book and a dagger, before Lukashenko brought Seagal to his farm and treated him to fresh carrots and watermelon.
