Russia and the United States agreed to step up joint efforts to implement the ceasefire regime on the whole territory of Syria.
Russia and the U.S. agreed “to again confirm their adherence to the observance of the regime of the cessation of hostilities in Syria and to intensify our efforts to implement it on the whole territory of the country,” says a joint statement of the two countries on Syria released on Monday.
“We also intend to assist in providing the humanitarian aid to all people in need in line with UN Security Council Resolution 2254,” the joint statement reads.
