Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will discuss a broad range of issues, among them the peace processes in Syria and Ukraine, at their meeting in Moscow, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov has said.
“Kerry and Putin will meet indeed. The U.S. secretary of state and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will inform the president about their contacts and the outcomes [of the negotiations],” Peskov said.
“Most probably, the meeting with the president will touch upon a rather broad range of issues, primarily the known subjects of Syria and Ukraine,” he said.
Peskov advised the press to ask the Foreign Ministry for details, saying that Lavrov was the Russian vis-a-vis of Kerry.
